WATCH THE BAY
Just above the main beach (Davies Bay) in its own lawn setting, sits Baywatch, a complete, eighties-style, 3-bedroom “home-away-from-home”.
Baywatch is designed for the holiday maker who likes to have all the amenities and facilities at their fingertips, yet appreciates privacy, tranquillity and panoramic views.
The indoor/outdoor living, with large decks facing north and east, makes this location unique. With its easy access and large entertainment-garage area, this fully equipped holiday home has ample space to park the boat, the caravan, and pitch the tents for the kids (or friends).

Please note: Linen is not provided but can be supplied for $15 per set (flat and fitted sheets and pillow cases).

Facilities
Kitchen: Electric stove, microwave,dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric jug, toaster, one fridge, one fridge /freezer, plus a large pantry. All pots and pans, cutlery and crockery is provided.
Bathroom: Shower, vanity unit and separate toilet.
Lounge: Heat pump, TV and large modular sofa.
Dining: 8-seater dining table and a handy breakfast bar, with two stools, for larger families or the extra visitors.
Laundry: Washing machine, tub, ironing facilities and an outside rotary clothesline.
Outdoor living: The large wrap-around deck with outdoor furniture, sheltered covered barbeque and entertainment area, and a convenient outdoor shower. On the west side is a large gas barbeque and chairs for all-weather comfort and enjoyment. This area can also be used as a garage.
Other:
• One.nz and Spark coverage is available.
• Beach access for boats is made easy with a concrete access ramp to the sand.
• Free rubbish and recycling removal is provided.
• There is an extra ablution block available nearby for the use of extra campers at the three beachfront properties at Davies Bay. Campers need to take their own toiletries and keep the facilities clean out of respect for other campers.
• For the benefit of all holidaymakers there is a policy of no pets and no smoking within the holiday home.
Pricing
Four (4) people per night:
$450 per night – December, January, February, March & April
$400 per night – October & November
$350 per night – May to September
Additional guests: $30 per person per night guests (in-house or camping)
Day visitors: $20 per person
Note: All campers and day visitors must be associated with the property.
Additional costs:
Refundable bond: $200
Cleaning: $225 per booking
Linen: $15 per set (optional)
