The site is fully fenced, making it safe for small children, while still offering panoramic beach views from the wide outdoor decks.
With plenty of flat land adjacent to the bach, there’s no problem finding room for a boat, a caravan, or space for the kids to pitch their tent.

Kitchen: Electric jug, toaster, pots and pans, electric stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, 1 x large fridge and separate chest freezer. All cutlery and crockery is provided.
Bathroom: Shower, vanity and separate toilet plus there is a second separate toilet outside.
Lounge: Heat pump, corner couch, TV.
Dining area: Large table and seating for 8 people.
Laundry: Washing machine, tub and clothesline just outside.
Outdoor living: Large east-facing deck and outdoor furniture for all day relaxation, plus a covered west-facing deck, outdoor furniture and large gas barbeque to enjoy outdoor dining and the brilliant sunsets.
Other:
• One.nz and Spark coverage is available.
• Beach access for boats is made easy with a concrete access ramp to the sand.
• Free rubbish and recycling removal is provided.
• There is an extra ablution block available nearby for the use of extra campers at the three properties at Davies Bay. Campers need to take their own toiletries and keep the facilities clean out of respect for other campers.
• For the benefit of all holidaymakers there is a policy of no pets and no smoking within the holiday home.
Pricing
Four (4) people per night:
$400 per night – December, January, February, March & April
$350 per night – October & November
$300 per night – May to September
Additional guests: $30 per person per night guests (in-house or camping)
Day visitors: $20 per person
Note: All campers and day visitors must be associated with the property.
Additional costs:
– Refundable bond: $200
– Cleaning: $200 per booking
– Linen: $15 per set (optional)
