Farm View house:
• Solar power provided for lighting plus solar powered USB charging station in kitchen + 12 volt under bench fridge on a timer.
• Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.
• Crockery and cutlery for nine people.
• Gas cooking hob inside and gas BBQ outside.
• Bathroom and separate toilet plus an with outdoor shower.
• Large north facing deck for outside living with table & bench chairs.

Ocean View Cabin
• 12 Volt Solar power provided for lighting plus solar powered USB charging station.  
• Kitchen with 2 x gas hobs, 12 volt under bench bar fridge, 6 seater dinning table + Crockery and cutlery for 8 people. 
• Covered deck with outdoor dining table & BBQ area.
Note: The ablution block is a short 2 minuite walk away which features a separate shower and toilet. This is shared with the Farm View campers. .

Pricing

Farm View – Includes four (4) people per night:
$300 per night – Peak rate – December, January, February, March & April 
$250 per night – Base rate – October & November
$200 per night – Off peak – May, June, July, August, September

Additional guests: $30 per person per night guests (in-house or camping)
Day visitors: $20 per person
Note: All campers and day visitors must be associated with the property.

Additional costs:
– Refundable bond: $200
– Cleaning: $200 per booking
– Linen: $15 per set (optional)
