Davies Bay’s in-house event planner, Anita can help make your big day extra special. Anita works as an interior designer and has a range of stunning items you can hire to theme your wedding – such as wedding arches, festoon lights, wine barrels, bar leaners, ceremony seating, fire pits for that special evening ambience, and more. Anita can put you in touch with our preferred suppliers such as florists, caterers, bar staff, celebrants, music options and transport. PEAK RATE: $17,800.00, Thursday to Sunday October to April
OFF PEAK RATE: $16,800.00, all other times
100 – 150 guests

THESE RATES INCLUDE:
• Marquee with festoon lighting inside, including setup & pack down
• Tables (8-seater) with chairs
• Place settings for each guest: side & dinner plates; 4-piece cutlery set; wine, champagne & tumbler glass, white napkin
• Ceremony arch with ceremony bench seats (each 1.8m long)
• Chiller trailer (small, or large if over 100 guests)
• Two flushing portaloos (3 if over 100 guests)
• Supply of bed linen for beachfront properties
• Access to the properties (by prior arrangement) for wedding planning purposes plus early access on the day of the wedding if required to enable set up
• Three-phase power box for lighting and entertainment purposes only
• Cleaning of accommodation.
DIY – MAKE ALL YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENTS
(Maximum of 150 guests)
PEAK RATE: $8,750.00, Thursday to Sunday October to April
OFF PEAK RATE: $7,750.00, all other times
THESE RATES INCLUDE:
• Access to the properties (by prior arrangement) for wedding planning purposes plus early access on the day of the wedding if required to enable set up
• Three-phase power box for lighting and entertainment purposes only
• Bed linen in the accommodation
• Cleaning of accommodation.
ALL BEACHFRONT WEDDING EXCLUSIONS
• Set up costs associated with wedding
• Refundable bond of $1,000.00
• All catering, beverages, signage, decorations, florist, celebrant, photography etc.**
• Portaloos if choosing the DIY option – these are mandatory with a minimum requirement of one per 50 guests
• Bath and beach towels
• Removal of all rubbish and recycling after the wedding. If you would like us to remove this, a fee will be deducted from your bond.
NOTES
Bookings are confirmed with a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your date.
Full payment due two months prior to your wedding date.
* Additional guests can camp for an extra cost of $25per person, per night – BYO tent, caravan or campervan. Additional nights can be booked subject to availability.

Bookings are confirmed with a $5000.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Full payment due two months prior to your wedding date.
We will put you in touch with other quality vendors for florists, caterers, bar staff, celebrants, music options, printing companies, accommodation and transportation suppliers. Alternatively we can organise the suppliers for you to suit your budget (POA).
